Unfortunately we do not do refunds for change of mind purchases.
Whoops! Sorry about that, but hey we all make mistakes. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to make things right. Contact our support team at email@example.com stating what the problem is. In keeping with our terms and conditions we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, as you have 14 days after receiving the order to lodge this problem. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. If a product arrives faulty do not open or use it and notify us of the problem as soon as possible.
We apologise if you have not received your item, this is very strange as all items are automatically tracked. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days, please contact our support team at support@revivallabs. com.au and we will get working immediately to track your order.
