SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

  • FREE for orders over $99.
  • $5.00 flat rate shipping for orders $99 and under.
  • Note – It costs us more than $5.00 to ship our products however we want to ensure the overall cost for our customers remains affordable.

CONFIDENCE IN YOUR COURIER

  • We have accounts with Australia’s leading freight carriers.
  • 99% of orders are dispatched within 24 hours, except when due to backorder, refunds or public holidays.

TRACKING FOR RESULTS

  • Once dispatched you will be notified by email and a tracking number will be supplied.
  • Progress of the delivery can be tracked on the carrier’s website.
  • You should expect your delivery in 1–5 business days, depending on where you live.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

  • We do not currently ship overseas but are working on expanding the market very soon.

RETURNS POLICY

Our Returns Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Returns Policy at any time. The Returns Policy was last updated on 18/03/2017.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

Unfortunately we do not do refunds for change of mind purchases.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED OR FAULTY ITEM?

Whoops! Sorry about that, but hey we all make mistakes. We understand how frustrating this can be and want to make things right. Contact our support team at support@revivallabs.com.au stating what the problem is. In keeping with our terms and conditions we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, as you have 14 days after receiving the order to lodge this problem. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they were in when received by you. If a product arrives faulty do not open or use it and notify us of the problem as soon as possible.

ITEM NOT RECEIVED?

We apologise if you have not received your item, this is very strange as all items are automatically tracked. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days, please contact our support team at support@revivallabs. com.au and we will get working immediately to track your order.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

  1. Contact us through your account via email at support@revivallabs. com.au
  2. Inform our support team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return number and ask for a returning address if required.
  1. Please package the item securely and include inside the package your order number, name and address.
  2. Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send your item back to us. Proof of postage if free, however we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the event of that item being lost in transit.
  3. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available we will process the refund into the original account you used to purchase the product.

WHAT WE WILL DO

  1. All products returned to us are checked by our support team and department.
  2. If you are entitled to the refund we will proceed as per the terms and conditions.
  3. Returns are usually processed within 5–15 working days.
  4. Financial refund will be credited to the original account which was used for purchase.

We understand that complaints are necessary for us to become a more efficient and pro-active company.
